No, we do not charge any up-front fees. We operate like a real estate agency. A real estate agency receives a commission on the sale of your home. For example, if and only if we win your claim and get you an increase, the total commission owed to VA Claims Insider is 6x the monthly increase. For example, if you're at 30% now and you get $500/month, and we take you to 50% and $1,000/month, the total fee owed to VA Claims Insider will be the difference in your monthly compensation x 6 ($1,000 - $500 = $500 x 6 = $3,000). You can choose a monthly payment option at the end, equal to 1/2 the amount payable over 12 months at no interest to you. If you owed us $3,000, you could pay $250/month for 12 months, at no interest. Thus, even while you're paying us our fee, you'd still be cash-flowing more each month then you are right now! If we don't win your claim and get you an increase, you owe us nothing, ever. Upon execution of our Agreement for Medical Consultant Services (click green button above), you're getting $7,500 worth of up-front value for at NO-COST to you with our proprietary Elite Experience Portal (EEP).
How do you get independent medical opinions for me?
We have doctors in our network who will review your existing medical evidence (e.g., military medical records, VA medical records, private medical records) and provide independent medical evaluations, disability benefit questionnaire reviews, medical nexus letters, and any other supporting evidence we need. There is a $100 one-time access fee to reach the medical team. Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) reviews are $100 each. Medical nexus letters are $200 each. The independent psychological evaluation is $395. NONE of these fees are required, and you can always source your own doctors for free, and we will show you exactly the documentation you need to get.
How often will you communicate with me during this process?
A lot! Everyone on our team is also a disabled veteran, meaning we know exactly how you feel. Your VA disability claim is very personal to you, and thus, we treat you and your claim with our special, personal touch. You'll communicate with me and a member of our time at least weekly, via email, text message, phone calls, etc. Unlike VSOs, Attorneys, and other companies, we'll actually talk to you, call you back, answer your questions, coach you through your C&P exams, invite you to our members only Facebook group, among many others.
Do you file my VA disability claim for me?
No, we do NOT file VA disability claims nor do we prepare them. You may use your VSO or accredited agent to file your claim for you, or you may file it yourself directly inside your eBenefits account.
